the pool was great! the room service and staff made this stay even better!

he was so friendly and was able to get us an early check in which was extremely appreciated

the parking is not free as advertised and i was woken up by a guest yelling in the parking lot because

they dont bother but if you have pet allergies this may not be for you

there s access to a communal kitchen where you can make tea or prepare your own food

i would have loved a heated pool. the pool being cold wasn t a selling point for me.

we were overcharged a small amount by zen spa and it s been over a week since our stay and we haven t been

there s also a spa on that floor as well

i booked a 55 min massage at their spa for my birthday

we made them at the desk directly with the spa and two days in advance

the spa is located off the main property, and so is the fitness center - a couple of minutes of walk

hotel has nice amenities such as a spa, several on-site restaurants and the staff were excellent

loved the spa massage

laundry out of order, tv did not work in hotel room, tv was not replaced in hotel room, loud

the main reason i chose it was for a spa relaxing bday

the area was not great for parking or for eating out u have to drive out

the breakfast was okay but the coffee kept running out (which does not bode well for folks who needs

casino, spa or gym as advertised

then our bed was broken and our spa treatment got cancelled because one of the staff had to leave

did not like that reception people at the spa refused to show us the sauna and when we started to ask questions

loved the beach access, multiple pools, spa services, and the pleasant staff

the beach, pool and spa were clean and beautiful.
