the pool was wonderful and the spa treatments across the driveway was amazing
cleanliness of the spa and pool in the basement

the water in the hot tub in the spa was toxic
also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company
spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

a staffs pet gone missing and then pool closed whole saturday and it s open only on
disappointing for my kids, who travelled with me for 10 hrs only to find out it s closed on weekdays
went to the bar and my husband and i had a total of 3 draft beer and with a 15% tip the bill was $55
this to anyone who wants a clean, dog-friendly place to stay near the airport with free airport shuttle service

room service is pretty good to provide neat bedding , towels and other necessities

outside terrace is a bit close to a busy main road and i was surprised about the limited spa facilities
was closed the restaurant the spa the bar sauna also charged $144
priced, no sauna or spa as stated
felt like i was in france and everything was just over priced and no pool i had 2 kids and they couldn t do
no pool. inability to control room temperature.
