spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company

the water in the hot tub in the spa was toxic

within the airport terminal, super convenient and the pool area is a huge bonus

they honoured my early check in and waived it because of my bonvoy loyalty

the gym was decent, and different games were also available outside

asking for blankets because we got a suit and my kids were going to be on the sofa bed seemed to stress the

missing swimming pool and spa room light very complicated to operate

the gym was well appointed and we used it twice during our stay

great location, restaurant / bar quality was amazing, and staff was exceptionally helpful

breakfast could be better. all bakery items offered looked burned or over cooked.

close to the underground city and many nice restaurants and bars

there was shampoo in the bathroom but no little bar soaps to use for the sink

and right next door to the amazing pois penche resto and trope juice and smoothie bar what more do you need

just shampoo, soap bar and body lotion

there is a spa also on that floor

pool/spa were wonderful

the spa was lovely, and the gym a good size

i highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup

we unfortunately did not have time to visit the spa but noticed they use the best products

i would like the spa to be open every day and more restaurants in the hotel

andaika and manon at the spa were both superb
