the grounds are meticulously maintained, with off-street parking available

nice custom wood, room size, bathroom, parking lot, not too far from city center, friendly staff

staff even put up hotel laundry outside my villa window

parking was convenient

we weren't able to find much english/american television, but the wifi is strong enough to stream your movies

cottage, clean facilities, lots of space, dedicated parking space

two little dogs the kids made friends with

kitchen had every amenity

and wifi is also not stable

pool so clean

the pool and spa atmosphere was wonderful for our one night stop over

room was nice , pool was great, location good and the spa exceptional for a massage was excellent

is very picky but worth a note for those who like spa treatments

give the restaurant and the spa a try

they have an awesome spa and swimming pool and extensive gardens

access and parking were easy

they have free parking and an extra service for laundry that was very useful

my kids loved exploring the garden which was relaxing for me because they had something to do that

have a little restaurant/bar and parking right in front

the rooftop bar offers a spectacular view over monteverde and is a great place to view the sunset

the most comfortable bed and even a flat screen tv with an amazon fire stick (and of course wifi)

facilities the views the tent the kitchen the staff the bathroom the bad was amazing basically everything

my kids couldn’t believe how awesome everything was, from the rock wall and slide, the swings and

were great, the lodge itself and the views were beautiful, the breakfast was great, the spa was wonderful, and

breakfast buffet had fruit, eggs, meat, and was very good

was great reception and aaron manning breakfast tables were super customer oriented

parking is devided over four different levels with different road entries

set up a hillside no wardrobe space no casual lighting no seats in room no bar facility etc

quiet location just above busy centre. parking at door, very rare in monteverde

the hotel is new and very good value for money including a very good free breakfast of either tipico, pancakes

i liked the kettle & fresh water on the room floor & breakfast was delicious

the wifi was good as well and the bathroom super modern and clean

perfect location great view and amenities are awesome spa fully recommended

we took advantage of the spa and the tennis courts

particularly the view, the night walk, the room design and an excellent spa (great masseuse, veronica)

spa and canopy tour.

the spa and restaurant proved to be a great idea and we had one of the best margaritas ever at the bar

room had a spa bath which was lovely, the view from the hotel restaurant is beautiful

large rooms with wonderful oriented terrace, a pound, a juice bar, a spa

had closed for the night but they were able to pull an amazing meal for us although the kitchen was closed

loved the craft beer bar and watching the wildlife from the restaurant balcony

amazing views and pool areas, big rooms

there is a beautiful pool and spa area also with a bar, and monkeys and birds easily seen on the property

is why we booked this property- the only thing they did was allow us to use the jacuzzi in the spa but unfortunately

room and bad are confortable, the spa is nice

what you see in the pictures, the pool as well as the spa are closed for long term renovations

great location, beautiful sunset very nice spa and good beds. very nice staff. very quiet.
