not enough parking

room didn t have a fridge or microwave, parking is far from check in point, made several trips to unpack into

parking lot is a walk from front door

long walk from parking lot to hotel.

parking the car was difficult

spa was not hot - it was less warm than the pool

no pool or spa anymore.

wish the pool had been open later, wasn't ble to take advantage of it of gym

building in a beautiful location, excellent spa treatments, good restaurant - and even an outdoor pool

spa treatments were outstanding

staff in restaurant was inattentive, booking staff in spa was unhelpful, disinterested, and classless

the couples massage at the spa was amazing

was just beautiful and so relaxing between the spa and the wonderful rocking chairs i really enjoyed my stay

they upgraded our room, to ensure there was room for the bedding they provided for the two kids

very untidy pool and lounge area with a nice fireplace but all filthy and run down

bear mountain inn property is gorgeous and we had easy access to the spa and to the trails

we didn't use the spa but it was nice knowing it was available

the spa was luxurious very hygienic and the staff there was excellent

the bar and tavern area also offers awesome lunch items and full bar

wonderful common area where we got to enjoy a beautiful fireplace

natalie at the spa was sweeter than sugar and the body scrub perfect

my spa appointment got mixed up but it was sorted out.

spa does not have the accommodations for a couple massage room which was the main reason for the

spa and workout facilities

did not know there're spa services available??

breakfast was only served on weekends, which seemed strange

no food or room service in the entire hotel monday thru friday.

wi-fi needs an upgrade and the swimming pool is only open on weekends which it s kind of a bummer considering
