did not know there're spa services available??

wi-fi needs an upgrade and the swimming pool is only open on weekends which it s kind of a bummer considering

bar area did not have enough staff to clear away used plates and glasses

possibly offer a set time and option for complimentary breakfast

free continental breakfast availability. free airport shuttle service.

would be nice to have a coffee/snacks service throughout the day or at least for the bar to be open before 5pm

staff was excellent and accommodating for early check in. greeted by an exceptional valet.

the wifi is never good. this should be improved.

amenities like wifi and the tv and coffee maker were

comfortable beds and bath, coffee maker, gym excellent sushi bar in hotel polite staff walkable to train and

no pool or spa anymore.

spa was not hot - it was less warm than the pool

late check out wasn't problematic-free parking

parking is a pain would be nice if they offered valet

way too many kids in pool and hot tub

natalie at the spa was sweeter than sugar and the body scrub perfect

the massages at the spa were heavenly

the spa staff was also

spa is nice but the massages were mediocre

wasn t able to get a spa appointment
