beautirul and clean rooms/apartments with spanish interior

room was not ready as we arrived early, however we were welcome to the spa to change and had our cases safely

the whole experience was exceptional. i would recommend the spa treatments to everyone .

opinion of the hotel is great, but it could take a little more maintenance of things, like pool side, some

you need to ask for remote and wifi

the spa is pleasant but basic and the pool is great for kids but not ideal for swimmers

was lovely with lots of choice plenty of sunbed by the pool loved the rooftop bar in the evening to

enrique and the bar staff were wonderful with children loved the entertainer belle and her aqua gym and

facilities; the spa was superb as were the several swimming pools and jacuzzi

spoke english at the property and this can make difficult to comunicate if you dont speak spanish

although a spa hotel you have to pay for even the basic spa pool etc

the hotel provided ample free parking and ensured excellent accessibility for guests with disabilities

the swimming pool by the end of september is really good and fresh, outside is roasting with 29 degrees

views, ease of parking, lovely big bedroom and bathroom with exceptional views.

there was a comunion happening so there was a water slide for the kids which i thought was great

the setting is fantastic, and buffet breakfast and dinner are brilliant, the pool. amazing place

there is plenty of parking onsite and the staff were lovely

property had a lot of character and it was fun to use a community room with a kitchen

atmosphere, little pool, clean kitchen available for all the customers

it is a bit sad they don't have a pool, but the jacuzzi and day spa with massages upstairs is very convenient

you can pet the dogs of the hotel, which makes it feel just like home
