parking was a bit tricky in the dark

drinks, and staff for dinner were exceptional; compliments to the chef, bar tender and wait staff

the free breakfast didn't do much for us. just carbs and boiled eggs

touches of the coffee, water, and kind bars in the room, as well as the granola and yogurt at breakfast

( you can rent kayaks or bikes), and sitting at the bar talking with staff and other guests

a wonderful staff and a great pool to relax next to.

the wifi didn t work

she was so helpful and even arranged for a fire by the pool one night

their wifi network is basically non existent, they either need to stop saying that they have wifi or make

the pool

the spa and pool were closed

we enjoyed spending every evening on the terrace in the spa and star-gazing while drinking our champagne from

our room was luxurious with it's own patio with a spa tub

the gas fireplace, perfect

the hot tub could have been hotter, but the one down by the pool was plenty hot!

friendly staff, nice interior views, spa was ok

lovely setting and beautiful pool. james the manager was very friendly and accessible.

and of course, you can't go wrong with sun and pool time

spa was down the side by the kitchen and didn't feel cosy or secluded

having to go home. parking was adequate but a little tricky to manuver

spa has no relaxation area or formal waiting room- there was room for only 2 people to sit by the

the grounds were so beautiful and well maintained, the pool area was delightful, and in general it was a relaxing

i would however add that, the breakfast was wonderful but i would have liked to see a plain egg option, one

staff was wonderful and so great to book reservations at restaurants, spa and wineries for us during our stay

can't think of anything right now. except maybe better wifi it was extremely slow.

from the mini bar snacks and water to the breakfast to the bikes that are available for guest use

love the outside sitting area and the pool was large and nice!

parking is a bit of an issue, unloading and loading on a very small five minute zone

staff was excellent and the breakfast was a nice touch.

have liked to have a coffee bar available downstairs in the morning

for example, only one washcloth and one very small bar of soap were provided in the bathroom

the staff has attitude, the restaurant didn't work, and later in the evening was fire at the laundry area, we

we also enjoyed having the spa to warm us up despite being so cold that weekend

the high bed. spa tub, the property itsel. lovely view. it s like a home , grand size.

we stayed in the french room which was very spacious and made is feel like royalty

we had problems turning on the living room fireplace in the morning and staff didn t offer to help

they gave out free ppe kits, all had masks on, and the room was sparkling clean and even had a sticker on teh

spa and restaurant is closed for monday and tuesday

the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

weight staff in the bar and restaurant were not attentive and friendly

the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this

hydra facial at spa was not up to par

tennis courts, hot tub, gym and spa for massages when reserved
