he rooms were beautiful the spa and mini golf was great

had putting green and bocce ball, both great for young kids

spa has no relaxation area or formal waiting room- there was room for only 2 people to sit by the

such a high-end place, their communications with us were quite bad: they messed up our spa appointment and it

the grounds were so beautiful and well maintained, the pool area was delightful, and in general it was a relaxing

spa was down the side by the kitchen and didn't feel cosy or secluded

of my special diet, the kitchen kindly and easily modified the eggs to be

wifi service bar/lounge didn't open until 4pm hallways were very loud front desk staff could have

for example, only one washcloth and one very small bar of soap were provided in the bathroom

adjacent bar and restaurant (chalkboard) created some unwelcome pedestrian traffic and noise at times in the

one evening the wifi and internet went down in the entire building rendering even the phone in the room

extras included free nightly wine tastings and breakfast in the room

staff was excellent and the breakfast was a nice touch.

we also enjoyed having the spa to warm us up despite being so cold that weekend

we stayed in the french room which was very spacious and made is feel like royalty

we had problems turning on the living room fireplace in the morning and staff didn t offer to help

weight staff in the bar and restaurant were not attentive and friendly

friendly throughout our stay, the service was very good, and we especially enjoyed the relaxed bar area

the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up
