booked the hotel since it said there was a spa at the facilities, however when getting to the hotel we were

pool and hydro pool are advertised as heated, but they were both very cold during our stay

the pool had longer hours so i could site see during the day and swim at night/early morning

had me move to my new room because the spa room was not available for my 2nd day

the room is amazing with space, amenities and comfort. the spa tub is huge. .

we arrived late so decided to get room service and wow

did not use the gym

there was a parking space just below, so we had easy access to our vehicle and the included breakfast was great

noicy blinds old and broken aircon didn t work properly had to use a key in the mini bar fridge every time

breakfast was poor - noise from bar in front on saturday night - it was cold at night in the

spacious modern rooms with high-design quotient. good kitchen!

service after the weekend its very slow on breakfast take much longer to bring the coffee but the people there

the items in the mini bar seemed to be really old already

a big bonus was the 1-hour spa access included in the stay, which was a really nice

gym and spa were under renovation, so i couldn't use them

affiliated restaurant and spa are very convenient

i wish they have got a better wifi

is good but does not include any hot chocolate for the kids, which does not make sense

claims to be a 5-star hotel and they don t have a pool, a gym and the spa is a room

bar, spa were not open

they allowed me a 1 hour early check

were given an upgrade as the tv and wifi weren t working in the room we booked

they do not have room service in the spot but ask ruby to give you choices

buy elsewhere because they didn't have the brand that we liked, also the receptionist from the spa didn't took

rooms are huge, spa is lovely and restaurant serves delicious food - all in all a perfect stay

rooms have a lot of space and the beds are very comfortable

there is a pool, which was lovely and looked very inviting, a spa and a gym

junior suite was excellent with a big, comfy bed and spa bath

spa tub in the junior suite was great, but power of jets rather low

breakfast was very good and offered a nice selection of mexican food

the breakfast included was delicious! the valet parking staff were very kind.
