the spa pools are amazing. the beds are so comfortable

first day we paid extra for access to different spa offers which was okey and not overcrowded

to use spa facilities, these were shut on the day we arrived website did not indicate this

the setting is lovely, three hotels situated around the thermal pool/jacuzzi/plunge pool

spa bath needed a slip mat in for people who used the shower

rooms, the floor tiles were very effective & unusual (had not seen anything like them before) the spa bath in

some of spa facilities did not work

when we checked out we were still allowed to use the spa for the whole day. very peaceful.

the spa in the hotel was very good, the only downside being it didn t open until 6pm

this hotel shouldn't be confused with the spa facilities that the town is famous for.

didn't work cleaner left dirty cloth in sink one of the lights didn't work no spa open staff didn't even ask if

bar only open 2 days a week. spa area is only one sauna.

there was no gym or spa which was listed on facilities. no information given to me about this.

wifi: wifi was good when it worked, sometimes it was super slow so i opted to use my data

staff was super helpful and friendly. spa was very nice!

fabulous spa area and rooftop bar from which you get a perfect view of the castle

necessarily a complaint but we kind of hoped for a bigger spa area (unfortunately no steam room)
