there was no gym or spa which was listed on facilities. no information given to me about this.

expected to find a spa somewhere in the hotel after strolling through your website, and where a little bit

felt it was overpriced. missing key facilities such as bar, spa and swimming pool

would be amazing if there was a pool / spa onsite

necessarily a complaint but we kind of hoped for a bigger spa area (unfortunately no steam room)

room (208) was closer to the plaça and bars than our kids (210) and we were kept awake until early hours on

of alicante, close to everything, including a great fitness club (cosmopolitan) and a small gym inside the hotel

she helped us check in early when my kids weren’t feeling well, and was incredibly sweet and helpful from

beds were comfy, room was spacious and loved having a balcony

staff at spa were quiet rude but these were not staff of hotel....

we had a superior room which was well appointed, only comment was no spare pillows in the cupboard, the ones

spa and the balcony was enclosed, just an open window, would have preferred an open balcony

throughout the hotel, room service, replaced some complimentary toiletries but not all everyday

the bar could stay open a bit longer and room service finishes at 2330hrs
