the spa was not working and the elevators would not work at times

the hotel needs a little bit of a facelift , in particular the basement where the gym and spa are is very musty

although they are fully staffed the kitchen was always 40-50 minutes behind in getting orders out

the people are fantastic and the hotel has an amazing restaurant with pool on the roof

the parking is not free as advertised and i was woken up by a guest yelling in the parking lot because

everyone was so nice and helpful. beautiful hotel and room. spa was amazing. beach is beautiful.

they have a swimable beach that has some protection from the waves, the gym is great, and the spa is also great
