celebration for my 50th birthday we have stayed in many hotels in london and the rafayel hotel & spa is definitely

service was impeccible and the 'smart room' was great, as was the spa and other facilities

hotel, friendly staff, big spacious rooms, very modern and clean

location of this hotel is unbeatable, right on the river and the spa and sauna were amazing

really cool spot - just disappointed i didn t have tine to use the spa !! - next time !!

spa wasn t great, it wasn t well maintained and the hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo had all

perfect location. we wanted a spa and pool for our overnight trip

the staff are lovely, the numerous bars and restaurants are great, the gym and spa are such a bonus, the rooms

spa in the basement was a little underwhelming but the rooftop pool and hot tub more than made up

this includes a heated roof top pool with great views, spa and gym

room service was amazing, and the cappuccinos at breakfast were the best i've had outside italy

loads of roadworks outside and really quiet bar area

i called the room service to request but sometimes no one appeared to clean

which feels like a luxury apartment, breakfast and dinner, the staff and i really enjoyed the pool and spa

poor service problem with lifts problem at breakfast service in terrace bar appalling

we didn't use the spa this time but we have in the past and enjoyed it very much

the spa was so gorgeous

got hot & cut out after less than minute of use & no slippers so had to go down to spa
