housekeeping was friendly and the spa treatment was a great addition to have during our stay

various entertainment options in the evening, beautiful grounds for walking, and a beautiful spa

spa could be a bit bigger for the number of guests who want to swim and use the spa facilities

wifi did not work no tea and coffee facilities in the room dreadfull background music no mini bar

we paid for the spa facilities and it was lovely with sauna, steam, pool and a small outdoor area

also was really annoying that spa wasn t open on sunday and monday and was not included in the stay

spa area was relaxing, clean and had great facilities, bonus the products were espa

spa was amazing really lovely treatment, the hotel room was comfy and everything you needed

t use spa without booking a treatment, which felt excessive when the hotel was fairly expensive per

the spa wasn t actually at the hotel and i had to pay separately for treatments

were upgraded to the sister spa hotel, it was so special

we also used the spa facilities (pool and sauna) and both were lovely and you do need to pre-book to avoid

staff were wonderful, the food was fantastic, the spa staff were super helpful and accommodating

we did not eat at the hotel as we were attending a wedding, however we used the spa treatment suites which was

if we were pushed to find something it would be the size of the spa

the spa was fantastic and importantly very relaxing - there is a long pool to swim in, a warm outside

3 night stay, from the comfortable beautiful bedroom, the decor of the hotel, the high quality spa facilities,

everything, the room, the spa and the food exceptional

the outside courtyard area was lovely for a sunny day and the spa including pool, jacuzzi etc was great

definitely one for the ladies with a spa experience you won't forget

the staff are great, its very comfortable, the rooms are massive and the spa is brilliant

great for walks in the grounds in good weather, pool and spa facilities to use if required

but the main part of hotel has a lift amazing location - didnt have food spa was lovely too

at walton hall hotel & spa by sunday was reliable and fast
