the outside courtyard area was lovely for a sunny day and the spa including pool, jacuzzi etc was great

will definitely do the spa next time though

spa could do with a few more loungers and chairs.

definitely one for the ladies with a spa experience you won't forget

we used the spa facilities too which was a really great way to end the day

everything, the room, the spa and the food exceptional

cozy, stylish hotel, with excellent spa facilities, in a beautiful location

the spa facilities were fantastic too

the spa was fantastic and importantly very relaxing - there is a long pool to swim in, a warm outside

loved the garden with different spots to use, lovely neighborhood, and really loved that the spa was included

hotel has everything you need its own car park , spa , swimming pool , food is excellent , staff are all helpful

if we were pushed to find something it would be the size of the spa

staff were wonderful, the food was fantastic, the spa staff were super helpful and accommodating

i visited the spa for a massage, which was amazing, then enjoyed a cocktail in the bar afterwards

also having the spa facility opposite

the spa wasn t actually at the hotel and i had to pay separately for treatments

charming room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and very conveniently over the road from the spa we visited

lack of gym or spa but this is reflected in cost and hotel is very good value

was exceptional would like to mention gary who gave us a very warm welcome food was excellent the bar and serving

genuinely lovely and personable staff, from the managers to reception to the bar and kitchen staff

spacious room and bathroom great food, cosy and comfortable reception rooms, one with a log fire

we would have loved an outdoor spa/hot tub

issue i had was it took so long for drinks to be brought to us when we make the orders at the spa area using

the bath in the room was lovely too and we had all the amenities we needed and space we needed

complimentary spa garden session did not make up for this inconvenience

shower excellent, spa pool, gardens and sitting areas. staff superb

the spa and pool friendly and functional - no fuss breakfast lovely bed and room exceptional view and

the spa was a joy too

the spa and swimming pool are lovely, and the pool is large

didn t eat here or use the spa , but absolutely loved everything

we later found out the gowns were supplied to people having a spa day so we could have just been told that not

lovely hotel and spa property had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed while in stratford

breakfast was lovely and the spa and pool fabulous and staff really

room was spacious and clean there is a swimming pool and spa facilities if you wish to use them
