one issue: the negative was the spa experience

seemed deserted most of the time and this really put us off going there and the bar was also deserted and closed

the gym was also excellent well-equipped and one of the highlights of the hotel

my experience with room service was very slow

the fellow who delivered room service my first night was very professional

he also sets a high bar for front desk personnel and their attitude and behavior show it

spa is very expensive but good.

also we used the spa services which were convenient

spa was busy with outside guests which didn t give me the time to have massage sections

in addition, the in-room fireplace was a surprise and we definitely utilized this feature of the room during

the guerlin spa was amazing also and my girlfriend really enjoyed and said it was the best massage she ever

there are no dressing rooms in the pool area, so we had to wait around our room for hotel staff before making

the terrace bar was breathtaking with a great choice of drinks

our room had a great view of the park and the pool / gym were great

location, room, bed, staff, room service, restaurant, food, and housekeeping were all amazing

we were disappointed that this property did not have a pool or spa facilities.
