some people complains about wifi, the truth is this jewell is surrounded by mountains and is just great that

they offered spa services, which we didn't take advantage of, but there was no list of services or prices

no tv but good wifi for when we wanted to watch netfilx on the laptop

breakfast was excellent though it was off site, but on the plaza so that was good

i struggled with spanish as mainly reception spoke english, but the hotel has excellent wifi throughout, and

excellent sized swimming pool and gym/spa was an added bonus

the facial and massage i got at the spa were great

i also went to the spa to collect/reserve my complimentary 15 minute massage but

spa was dirty

the price of everything (food/drinks, laundry service), no ice available for guests, the tv set.

not so good gym awful: there was not a pool an gte jacuzzies did not work

bar does not have any food service

getting uber or taxi is very convenient and breakfast buffet is very good
