efficient space, it was a relaxing environment with wonderful staff especially sandra who made sure that

hight of the shower , took like 3 baths per day in that shower plus the turco at the spa quite

there is 1 restaurant and 1 breakfast cafe next to the hotel but are not connected

the breakfast included was fantastic and became a daily highlight for us

also, no one knew where to do covid rapid testing as well as the spa and pool area was closed

location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, spa was great, room was clean, hot water great ac perfecty

spa in maintenance on january 1st in the morning .! pool too small for such a big hotel .

the girl from the spa was amazing

need to add some more amenities (bathrobes and slippers in the spa area for example)

i also went to the spa to collect/reserve my complimentary 15 minute massage but

the facial and massage i got at the spa were great

excellent sized swimming pool and gym/spa was an added bonus

i struggled with spanish as mainly reception spoke english, but the hotel has excellent wifi throughout, and

spa was dirty

we ordered room service one night, steak, and it was unedible

gym unimpressive food very good and restaurant staff very

getting uber or taxi is very convenient and breakfast buffet is very good

staff knocking the door to see if you want to do laundry or room be clean.

spa bath in my suite was literally leaking orange rust out of the faucet, hot and cold don't blend

road construction is taking place outside so it is a little difficult to access the parking lot, but it really

channels on tv, very safe area with a small mall at 200m with many options for food, fast wifi and above all,

wish we could have booked the spa which was one of our main deciding factors when booking the hotel but we couldn

the spa could have been hotter. otherwise, everything was perfect.
