pool area is great for small

we had the best room right next to the pool in the garden wing

the pool area should open a little earlier.

the spa experience was lovely and my husband loved the

we paid for a king golf view and were given a queen queen with parking lot view and an additional deposit had

the covid protocols removed much of the magic and the spa was

reservations system for the spa and the dinners is always full and we had to make in room dinning and is not

great location and pool areas for young children

and morning room service with mickey mouse waffles was fun

enjoyed the pool

we had cocktails at trader sam s bar and ate dinner at ohana where we could watch the fireworks from our

nice pool, great ambiance.

between the kids club, activities throughout the property, and several dining options, there was always

new, modern, spacious. great food and water activities. lots of things to do for kids.

my husband and i also took advantage of the gym, which was well-equipped for a resort, and we treated ourselves

food at breakfast buffet, the pool and grounds were beautiful

s just unfortunate that they didn t have a spa on the property, i have to go to their partner resort

the presentation was phenomenal and was granted very early check in.

everything you need is there, rooms great, pool great, cafe great, bar great, staff great

in, luggage service attendants, room service, ticket agents and housekeeping were all top notch

no pool or spa access. (main reason for choosing this hotel was for those two amenities)

loved everything, my kids were comfortable staying here, the breakfast selection was really good, location was

great bed, pool, spa and the best of is that it is inside of universal and the fast pass.

tried to use the spa to get a massage

the spa staff was rude and had zero consistency among staff.

the warm spa wasn't functioning properly & generally feel the service & experience didn't live up to past

reception had confirmed earlier that we could use showers in the spa but spa staff refused - poor communication

were no activities for kids except for arcade and we were not told about it

said there was a spa there isnt the jacuzzi is filled with rocks

fact that the website says that they have a coffee shop and a spa and they do not i feel like i was misinformed

staff is very respectful and it's a very quiet i'll tell if you just want to relax the pool stays

the limited parking.

resorts fees are charged even though we didn't use any of the pool, paddles boats, gym.

lots of things to do during your stay which includes activities , movie theater for kids and game room
