our 2 bedroom suite actually was a duplex on 1st and 2nd floor, drawing/dining/kitchen on 1st and beds/baths

there was a full kitchen and laundry facilities

the two women who work at the check in are absolutely awful, they also charge a non-refundable pet deposit of

room was clean and well maintained, the staff was lovely, and the terrace bar was fantastic

staff was friendly and helpful. room service was great. room was very fun.

did not have the room that were booked for a 7 night stay with 2 grown up kids

it was a bummer the tower bar was closed every night ...for oscar parties ..but i understand!!

spa facilities were quite limited, there s no sauna, only a steam room, and no indoor pool, which

digital tablet ordering system in the room lacked some details when it came to ordering spa services and in room

have high ceilings with a lot of light and are spacious with big comfortable beds and good bathrooms with a

spa- too small of a change room and poor set-up overall

we had a spa massage it was so good and relaxing

menus at the belvedere, the lobby bar and rooftop garden offer excellent choices and well executed

double espresso coffee us$16 each at breakfast
