inflexibility at the spa for appointments. also got bitten by bed bugs.
i loved the spa treatments and the room we were given was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in
the spa prices were a bit on the high side
the room was spacious and well appointed

we had a couples massage and the spa and the experience was top notch
the spa was wonderful and a nice way to finish off the day in the sun
went to bar and reception to ask for 2 plates&forks but sent back up to call it in
staff at the bar and grill restaurant was not good
ignored by the outdoor bar staff

i could also nitpick about the exorbitant cost of 2 club sandwiches in the bar but suffice is to say that this

were spotless and simply beautiful, from the lobby to the courtyard to the mercantile to the spa to my room -
staff was exceptional from the housekeeper, delsi, to the spa manager, mild, to the bartenders

nearly all of the close parking spaces are blocked off due to ongoing construction so guest have to park far
