the spa was great

staff was exceptional from the housekeeper, delsi, to the spa manager, mild, to the bartenders

the staff, the location, the spa and the breakfast

were spotless and simply beautiful, from the lobby to the courtyard to the mercantile to the spa to my room -

pool was closed for refurbishment and i wasn't told by booking

beautiful location and breakfast was top-notch/ delicious.

only issue was the wifi sometimes dropped off on the beach but not really a major problem.

good restaurants, good food, especially taikun - japanese kitchen

the number of families with small kids was overwhelming - not possible to swim in any of the pools during the

breakfast was exceptional, the bed was comfy, the location was great, a lot of activities, and

access to the gym and pool

it s a sister property of the westin with a shuttle to the beach, access to beach chairs, gym facilities etc

great bar and grill with very friendly staff

the other hand costuless grossery and blackbeard spirits were just a few minutes walk so we used kitchen in our

parking, short walk to the beach, continental breakfast, larger rooms

we had a couples massage and the spa and the experience was top notch

the spa was wonderful and a nice way to finish off the day in the sun

cafe/fast bkfast, indoor & outdoor bar, dive & sting ray pkg on site, 2 pools, large beautiful beach w

staff at the bar and grill restaurant was not good

are so welcoming, very clean, welcoming, comfortable, very comfortable beds, amazing location, pool, activities

the bartender a guy didn t acknowledge us at all for about 5 minutes, there was only 1 other person

the property next to the grand caymanian side is the quiet landscaped north sound golf course

nice facilities (large pool, pickleball courts)

wifi was awful

loved waking up to the view of the pool and the sound of the ocean and palm trees swaying in the

i loved the spa treatments and the room we were given was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in

staff were awesome from the spa staff to front desk to beach servers

the spa prices were a bit on the high side

the room was spacious and well appointed

the spa however our actual treatment was great.

i stayed in the studio suite, which was not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully decorated
