the on/off knob fell off the spa tub

mold in bathroom. spa not working. junk all over outside

said there was a pool/spa with a hot tub

we found random tape come out in our spa tub.

to update the spa tubs or put the price down

i liked the spacious queen suite. very homey. the spa tub was nice too.

kids are staying here, and the things they did weren't considerate to them

cabin in the woods feel, friendly staff, fun decorative details, pool and hot tub, also, shares a parking lot

only problem we had was at the pool

it smelled like wet pups, there was dirty socks n the sofa bed, kids was running knocking on the door and

at check in they let us know right away that there were a lot of kids in the hotel that night so offered a top

breakfast and spa were great.

pool closed at 9pm

not a big deal but pool and hot tub close at 9. i think 9:30/10 would be better.

also, parking wasn't great

parking easy, check in easy, and there was no trouble coming and going

a bit of an orientation about parking, getting in and out after hours and lastly choosing your breakfast and

breakfast was fabulous, offering a delicious and varied spread

wifi signal would not reach my room on 3rd floor.

having a built-in kitchen is always a plus, even though we did not utilize, it's nice to have

the hotel doesn't have a pool, but they do have a splash pad to entertain the kids, but the water was freezing

the breakfast food could have been better.
