the pool was dirty and the body fluid clean up kit was open and used

and last time staying there … the room wasn’t cleaned right didn’t get any sleep do to kids running up

price could have been better. very disappointed the whirlpool spa was closed

to some maintenance the swimming pool and spa were cold

also enjoyed the chef cooking breakfast in the morning nice touch

we found random tape come out in our spa tub.

i liked the spacious queen suite. very homey. the spa tub was nice too.

the pool area was lovely, plenty of places to sit while and watch the kids enjoy the water

there is a laundry facility on site that i used, it was very clean

the pool is down. wish we knew when we booked. the kids wanted to swim.

it was not an equivalent room to what i booked and was charged an extra $75 for a pet fee

the room was nice especially with the spa tub that allowed my wife to unwind and relax.

boyfriend and i stayed in the king suite and loved the spa tub

it was clean. there was a bar and there was food onsite. there was also a nice lobby.

room service trays could be picked up more promptly

we each (two of us) had wonderful 90 minute massages at the spa which looks spiffy and welcoming and is attended

were staying at the hotel for a wedding with a group of friends- the fact that the hair salon/spa was in the

spa smell in the hallway was noxious.
