the sauna and spa were perfect for relaxing after a long day out

pool / spa was undergoing annual maintenance but otherwise everything really was lovely

rooms are spacious

the spa facilities looked good but there were too many children playing in the pool so i didn't bother

i spend two nights there and when i popped out with my kids we came back to a clean room

great air conditioning, free breakfast and fast wifi

park for the kids within 2 min walk from the hotel

breakfast was amazing.

20 min drive to the coast. great staff and golf facilities

cabins were spacious yet cosy, the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfy

wifi was horrible and being in a remote location we didn't have any cellphone network either

machine and essentials such as aluminium foil, paper towels in the kitchen would have been good

parking directly outside the chalet

the staff at golf club never smiled, or was nice to us

lodge as it was my birthday and our wedding anniversary- the lodge was stunning -we don t play golf but that

the food was excellent, with plenty of variety and everything freshly prepared, and the bar was a lovely spot

breakfast plentiful but need to up the english breakfast a notch,

consider the limited parking on a sunday afternoon as people are there for sunday lunch and afternoon teas so

dinner and breakfast were both delicious and the staff was incredible

was upgraded to a suite which was excellent the evening meal was superb followed by a delicious breakfast all

rooms need updating, the pool jacuzzi/ spa wasn t working and the pool needs updating

operated system for the hot tub and had raided my coin jar as partly i wanted a relaxing/recharge spa break as

liked how friendly the hotel was, and the staff, the pool and spa tub was nice touch

so much. breakie yummy. people friendly room spotless. great location. free parking. free wifi.

the spa is the 'wow' feature of the hotel, with a variety of treatments available, a jacuzzi, indoor

room was perfect, i used the spa facilities and couldn't ask for a better time there

my wife and i can't stop reminiscing on the amazing experience of all the spa facilities

terrace short walk to sandbanks beaches staff were wonderful rooms small but perfect with lovely spa bath

i literally love everything about this hotel. the only they need is a jacuzzi in the spa area.
