nice pool and spa but we could not use

the shower valve handle set screw was loose. the spa was not hot enough.

she was so kind delivering pool towels for the grand kids to the pool side

the room was spacious and super clean

u can't turn on spa after 10 :) rooms r not well insulated making coffee and turn on tv caused complaints

hotel is at a very convenient location near i5 and it comes with free parking, gym, and swimming pool

the chef was out so i couldn't order room service and had to go out and find a place to eat

connecting to the wifi was iffy. it didn't always work.

we had to stay 3 nights since one of my kids had surgery near there and the location was convenient, the room

frustrating that the pool was closed & no breakfast suddenly because of covid

the spa has no soap or shampoo no change room

was more than bummed that the indoor pool and spa both under construction closed for repairs

hotel was understaffed and consequently the bar and the restaurant were closed

parking at this location is very limited

frustrated that the spa didn't work & took over 3 days (or more) to get working

the hotel was a spa/pool and the pool was closed which is fine, but the spa was empty/no water so we couldn't
