spa needs to be remodeled

next to busy road was noisy the maintenance was emptying spa water as we arrived flooding the parking lot near

the indoor spa was down for maintenance

booked the room because we wanted a spa and spa was not open it was down for repairs i guess this was not the

indoor spa closed, rooms are a bit dark and dated

the spa tub, the peacefulness of the property, and the comfort.

requested a room with a spa tub which i got but looked nothing like the picture

and spa weren t available but promoted

free breakfast and parking is always a plus! we appreciated having a pool for our kids as well.

note, parking spaces are not wide enough for most trucks

facilities around the property were clean and lots of sitting space

excellent for a getaway to relax and recharge. spa services were amazing as well.

got home, spa was amazing, the hot tub was amazing, gardens are well maintained

amazing rooms, excellent food and love the wine tasting. great spa facilities. my 3rd visit!!

i booked the hotel i called several times to assure we would get a specific room for kids to see a parade we

brought us extra pillows, blankets, a fridge, a coffee maker, vacuumed when my kids spilled chips everywhere

from the moment we pulled up, the service was amazing, we enjoyed great spa services, good food in one of the

on location, the room was beautiful, there were many amenities through the club (wellness, gyms, pools, etc)

the daily breakfast vouchers were only $20 but still appreciated

breakfast was not included with the stay. wish there was a spa and pool

of the staff told me there was no charge for pets i saw others checking in with pets not one mention of a pet

though i didn't really use the kitchenette, the setup was nice

the doors in hallway by pool and gym slam -- excessively loud

would have given it a 10, but there was an issue with the in-room spa tub

i loved that the sauna, spa and pool were open 24 hours because i got back late and was still able to utilize

however, there are in unit laundry/dryer, kitchen to make the stay feel like you're home
