spa in room but didn't use it

and i spent our first new year here and we had 2 days of perfect night with the romantic spa tub, comfy bed,

very comfortable king bed with spa tub in the room with separate bathroom and full size shower plenty of closet

the spa tub, so wonderful!

u can't turn on spa after 10 :) rooms r not well insulated making coffee and turn on tv caused complaints

door olive garden and next red lobster friendly receptionist gave good adres for massage/spa at 5min walk older

gym looked fully stocked with equipment although we never used it

i did not have wifi access. there was dog poop everywhere around the premise.

was a whole wedding party in the lobby and bar area so we didn t feel like trying out the bar

was more than bummed that the indoor pool and spa both under construction closed for repairs

the spa has no soap or shampoo no change room

you have to pay for everything at their bistro, hotel right on freeway so very noisy, $100 pet fee

indoor pool great for kids, a bit small for adults to do laps

believe the room may have been above the laundry room because the whole room shook intermittently for a short

the shower valve handle set screw was loose. the spa was not hot enough.

we requested no room service during our stay; their was no do not disturb sign provided, spoke directly with

evening was helpfully and resourceful to allow us to use their own house keeping dryer to dry our laundry

while they went on their way, the girls slept in, had breakfast and took our time

to covid-19 breakfast was a disappointment and would have liked to use pool and fitness facility

frustrated that the spa didn't work & took over 3 days (or more) to get working

the hotel was a spa/pool and the pool was closed which is fine, but the spa was empty/no water so we couldn't

for 3 kids + 1 adult it was a bit uncomfortable and i will make sure that 2 beds are indeed in the room

room had a wet dog / pet smell upon arrival

the spa treatments we also top notch

no pool . no access to spa facilities unless you purchased an expensive treatment .

the public bar was closed for a private party

spa tub broke and did not get fixed the second tv didn t work the housekeepers were passive

the room also comes with free and simple breakfast

there was also a pet fee which was not mentioned anywhere when booking (and i selected a pet friendly option)

i wanted free parking and pet friendly

the hotel was 100% booked, but the staff worked to facilitate an early check in.
