beautiful room - amazing spa - incredible breakfast

we enjoyed a warm and pleasant stay - an amazing room and we made full use of the sector-leading spa facilities

amazing spa facilities and very good value for what's available. breakfast was also excellent.

spa facilities were excellent room was very clean and

spa was disappointing steam room and sauna was dirty black marks

next time we visit we will try the spa facilities too

spa wasn't the best and not very clean

felt like the spa wasnt easy to find or book, couldn t find the pool either

i loved the spa and spending time in the hot tub in the rain was a new experience for me

didn t try spa or outdoor pool but both were very popular with guests

we visited the spa and that was lovely too

we will definitely be back when the spa facilities are open once lockdown restrictions have eased

30 to use the spa facilities seemed steep for hotel guests.

superb facilities, amazing spa and very friendly and attentive staff

i had also booked into the mill wheel spa for moonlight spa package which exceptional value for money and made

towers and epic breakfast :) very child friendly with a lovely large play area outside for the kids

friendly staff and great location for alton towers. the complex was also wonderful for the kids.

bar and chalet all pet friendly, they made a great fuss of her and made us all feel very welcome some nice

chalets were perfect with car parking right next to door

such a shame they don't have a swimming pool or spa facilities.

we also had spa treatments and used the bike hire facilities

while we knew what we could expect at the spa for a hotel of this splendour and target market some investment

would be to call the hotel and book further in advance if you were planning a couple spa treatments, but this

assumed there was an actual spa with pool, jacuzzi and everything but there was just a sauna and treatment rooms

i no we had the spa but that closes at 7 and what we paid i would of hoped for my own tub outside to uses which

room 3 was awesome - spa access perfect for a couples get

we used the pool and spa facilities this time, which we loved

we also loved the spa the staff were so helpful and kind and everything was easy to find

loved the surrounding lake and walks and the spa was great my bed was comfortable and there was a bath as well

the spa could do with an upgrade as it s quite old but it was clean

the warm welcome, coffee machine, delicious breakfast, spa bath...loved it all

we also had a spa bath and a mini sauna in our room and just not enough time to try everything out

the private spa area was truly the highlight for me soothing, quiet, and exactly what i didn t know i

in own bathroom, led lighting in the spa bath, breakfast was amazing

the bathrooms are luxurious with a spa and body showers

spa is a separate cost but was great because limited number of people permissible so you got to

unable to use the spa - had to book up months ahead and did not realise this

think the spa needs more attention and care to it as it was quite messy by the pool / chairs was everywhere

was a good all round choice - if i had to say anything negative it was the spa - swimming pool
