is the iconic hotel of buxton, there are many good places to stay but the spa makes this unique

the spa is outstanding - a thermal suite of indoor and outdoor pools, steam rooms and saunas, all

inside, when we got there we had been upgraded to a bigger room, it was beautiful, really spacious, had a balcony

loved the surrounding lake and walks and the spa was great my bed was comfortable and there was a bath as well

renovated rooms were amazing, hotel was lovely and clean, we used the pool and spa area it was really nice,

a room with a spa bath this time and the jets weren t clean and/or didn t seem to work

the same mr nadin had brought room service on the eve of the wedding and at 1

four and with half board had a real nice 3 course gourmet dinner included for all of us with good kids options

didnt receive any info on wifi

kitchen equipment dirty (cups, plates and cutlery were not clean)

is no wifi and in today's world, we felt it should be available and up to the guests whether they want to

10 mins walk from the station although a car parking permit was available

there was a stove and oven to cook with complete set of kitchen utensils and also fridge

you brought family, there was a lot more space than we expected, lots of seating, lovely spacious kitchen area

such a shame they don't have a swimming pool or spa facilities.

the shower and spa bath was amazing not to mention the hot tub

long queue for the drinks machine. didn t know it had a spa which i would ve made us of.

was a bit slow in the bar area coming round to ask if any more drinks were wanted
