staff were professional in both the bar and reception

its best attributes are the trax kitchen and bar and room service, both of which operate 7 days a week, which

liked that you could have coffee and hot chocolate at anytime the game room was a plus and the spa was very nice

i was unhappy that the hot tub spa was not working

pool and spa are wonderful amenities

we needed a last minute early check in and they were able to help us and were very understanding about our

were disappointed the spa was not operating, it was a selling point for choosing the property

the black bear eating garbage in the parking lot can be a bit threatening, especially when one is returning

later on in the night we went to do laundry and the sign said that laundry supplies were sold down at the desk

i did not like the gym area because they do not have much weight inside there

staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the hot tub was relaxing

love the pool, spa was pretty chilly but i understand part is coming to fix
