pool and spa needed cleaned or chemical balancing

spa was closed by the health department

the pool and the spa was closed for all three nights of my stay, without much explanation.

not notified about the condition of the pool & spa being closed due to cleaning, while making the reservation

the pool and spa was open 24 hours and the staff was very friendly.

kids were the only ones who actually ate the breakfast which consisted of waffles

awesome location as we were able to go across the parking lot to a show at the hale center

it would also have been nice to know that the pool was open if we let them know ahead of time

the rooms were clean, the staff was always helpful and the breakfast was great
