the staff were superb from the valet, front desk, bar & restaurant personnel

beautiful valley, nice cafe at the golf course, quality of the rooms

breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is

had to go get wifi info at desk instead of them telling it to me over the room phone

room had no wifi and smelled like a smoking room, despite being non-smoking

parking lot even at 10 pm

parking lot too small. very narrow stalls.

no breakfast.

spa water was cloudy but we still enjoyed using it.

jacuzzi spa not working

then after spa not fixed i asked for manager

the spa was not warm enough, the pool was dirty and sauna was not hot

also the wifi was working really good, so we have had some video calls without any problems

spa tube clean quite its nice

the staff is always very friendly and professional. love the spa bath!

we had a spa tub in our room but the water was only luke warm which made the tub unusable

breakfast eggs were like gelatin cubes, overall hot food was room temperature or cooler, hot water

the inside pool and spa were warm, and the exercise room was cool, large, and not crowded

i didn't get the room i wanted with the sofa bed. no longer have a spa just a pool.

pool had a crazy amount of chlorine

seem we heard every step that was taken from the room above us and it didn't help that the kids were running &

took the kids for a swim in the evening (heated)

very noisy- kids running up and down the hall after 10pm

service & restocking of paper products, the limited use of the pools, per reservation only, spa was closed,

the jacuzzi spa had a lot of chlorine.

wifi would not work for mac computer but fine for iphone

great location! pool! beach!

parking was free and close to room

unfortunately wifi did not work until someone came in the next morning

decent room (though wifi weak), clean and spacious.

grounds were nice. good pool for kids.

the pool hours are 11-7.

my kids wanted to use the pool and it they told us it is not i. used since the pandemic.

first room was very humid. had to switch rooms. could be more pet friendly

us, it was not a problem, but if a guest would like to order room service, it s not available

at each other, and using their tub (until at least 1:30am) was possibly the housekeeping doing laundry

i couldn t see the pool because it was reserved for a wedding but i m sure it would have been lovely

upon arrival we learned the pool closed due to remodeling.

stay on this hotel for four nights and i never ask for room service but i did ask for towels on three different

roaches, no hot water , no room service, bad customer service, hazards everywhere

on 1st floor as requested was great but right across was the laundry facilities and the crew was very loud early
