upon arrival we learned the pool closed due to remodeling.

we would have ordered room service, but because it was so difficult, we opted to have one family member go out

nice layout, great location in downtown san jose, all amenities and rooms were top notch - gym and locker rooms

as expected. gym is small for actual weightlifting

i could see the wifi hotspots, but i never got it to connect at a usable speed

loved the full size shampoo and conditioner, lol loved the breakfast loved the gym

the breakfast bar had plenty to

us, it was not a problem, but if a guest would like to order room service, it s not available

wish they had room service and a little larger menu

they do have a great gym and wonderful out pool and spa area

hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest

the bar had limited cocktail drink choices.

the pool was small and shallow and jammed with screaming kids which meant you couldn t actually swim but i

first room was very humid. had to switch rooms. could be more pet friendly

a little noisy as i was next to the laundry room.

roaches, no hot water , no room service, bad customer service, hazards everywhere

listed with a on site coin laundry, which is what i needed

bad area, lots of ants even after spraying, not enough towels- no laundry

stay on this hotel for four nights and i never ask for room service but i did ask for towels on three different

the pool and spa was amazing

it could have a mini kitchen.

beds comfortable, clean stocked bathroom kitchenette stocked. maids kitchen staff very nice.

would have liked the gym to open before 6 because i wake up at 5 for exercise

didn't see any plant based milk for the breakfast cereal, but i didn't ask if any was available

we enjoyed our jetted spa in the bathroom

spa controls were broken, too

we used the exercise room, pool, and spa which were very nice

specifically got the room with spa tub because i was in a car accident and was sore

spa tub is newer and room is spacious, larger suites are very, very roomy

spa tub option/ complimentary breakfast is good if you go early when it s fresh.
