the room was spacious and stylish, with a great shower, very comfortable bed and excellent wifi

wifi had some issues on our first day - there had been a tree down on the router which caused some

us with so many things during our stay, including booking incredible activities and sorting out laundry

spa needs to be heated!!!!! my bad back would have loved a warm spa.

he showed us types of rooms,pool,botanical garden,restaurant, bar and wine cellar

the rooms were pretty small and dark. no spa onsite.

staff were very friendly. pool was great for the kids.

we booked one room through the app and ended up getting a second room for our kids after arrival

pool area is great to relax after any trips, and food (we had breakfast and lunches) is very, very

room service wouldn't pick up the phone.

the building is close to the center of town and had parking for customers

the entirety of the trip the wifi didn t work in our room, and there wasn t much management could do

wifi did not extend to our rooms but was available in the main building.

our host sherline was friendly and very accommodating, giving us good recommendations and did laundry service

we enjoyed having the shared kitchen area for our morning coffee & quick snacks

we got back fairly late from a tour and reuben helped us with our laundry that evening so it would be ready

staff weren t the friendliest and the kitchen area and couch were a little dirty

as i had booked a suite, it was like a flat - spacious living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom

value for money and staff were extremely helpful and let me do a free late check out (an hour later)
