like the staff and the room was very nice and spacious, very clean, the spa tub was the best, the bed was

outside stairway was split in 2 and was a hazard for people having to go up or down stairs, wifi signal poor,

facility stink like weed. very poor wifi. dont stay in this place

we also love the fact that there was alot of parking in the premisies

no internet or wifi

pool was nice but small

the pool was unfortunately not clean. lots of visible dirt and grit.

not able to leave my luggages at the hotel and i had to leave them in the car at the bell center parking

spa and pool water were dirty on monday morning (grime/dirt on ceramic, floating *stuff*) but

the spa downstairs and the room was amazing!

had in my life (just cold scrambled egg, ugly bacon, sausages smells bad, some old cereals for kids and normal

everything. spa was amazing!!!

the little snack bar available was very handy

the gym facilities had decent options for cardio

it's expensive to use the snack bar located in the lobby

since it is outside of montreal, we have to arrive by car and there is very convenient free parking

everything was great, the breakfast was amazing every day.
