was staying at the jewel resort and spa in dunn s river the 3 days before arriving to kingston and i must say

they also have a huge spa pool which is also gorgeous & clean

stayed at the s hotel (formally known as the spanish court) twice during my trip to jamaica

the staff was extremely helpful and we loved the cabana pool we would stay here again if we were to return to

excellent spa and music on fridays

location is stunning and the studio was comfortable the spa could be better and packages overpriced according

the spa prices are just more expensive than what i can find in switzerland, which is shocking

staff was mixed, forgot our spa booking

summer temperatures, this small hotel has all the features for a pleasant stay (restaurant, spa and pool etc),

there were spa facilities available

it's a big turn-off, especially on the last days when your kids want to enjoy the pool before they leave and

i couldn't sign on to their wifi

room service staff were helpful and courteous

there is no late night room service or mini bar which will take to next level.

the authentic jamaica breakfast buffet is aweome

no wifi connection. it was given to us by the fo, however the signal didn't make it to our room

were a few plumbing issues and a few ants in the kitchenette

room didn t smell great and was noisy near the kitchen. also wifi was terrible.

cleanliness and free parking

breakfast was traditional jamaican, which was evidently chicken curry with rice and peas and

food from the restaurant is awesome, love the bbq fried chicken and the continental breakfast and oh my can't

breakfast was good.

only thing i can say that i did not like was the pool

sun loungers need updating. the bar was closed by 9pm.

the mod and gentleman in the bar area were personable.

finally my laundry came back unironed

the view from the swimming pool was breathtaking

the hotel did not seem crowded and you always had space at the restaurant, pool and beach
