the swimming pool was spacious and perfectly placed at the southern most point of the property which also

disappointed spa wasn't open but it was being refurbished

even though we speak basic spanish, we struggled every day to order things we normally have no issue with

trying to take their drinks, from the bar, out into the fresh air (not the pool area, which is rightly fenced

we went to the pool bar to wait for 2 hours for our room

facilities are not 5-star, there are only 2 restaurants, there is a spa without staff, and breakfast is okay

extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but

one evening i was completely ignored by staff for a long time and then a spanish man walked up and got served

i found the spa treatments on the expensive side of things but is there if one wanted to use it

very impressed that when ordering room service that they had not got a lot of the pizza toppings , yet there

upgraded to an executive room so it was spacious, had mini bar fridge and a very comfortable huge bed

no-smoking rules weren't enforced; the heating didn't work very well.

the spa was a jacuzzi and a steam room. i think overpriced for what it is

you have to book the spa, 5th floor jacuzzi with city views, the steam room is extra and not switched on unless

the spa had a pane of glass missing which made it cold. breakfast was a bit limited for my taste

spa area a bit minimalist.

you need for a comfortable retreat is there including a roof top to take in the views and a spa bath which was

pool area immaculate with plenty of seating for shade or sun

the plunge pool on the roof was amazing, thank you pedro and javi for looking after us

there is a small pool (which we didn t use) but perfect for cooling off

great decor, lovely touches, terrific upper floor pool and relaxation area.

the price is so much cheaper than the london spa as well

hidden gem location is perfect indoor pool was a super nice plus staff is friendly

pool bar was very poor- no lunches provided- nothing but drinks and ice creams and it closed at 4pm

wifi didn't work on my phone. the room card got de activated several times.

have been nice for the bar by the pool to be open for drinks all day as signs say you are unable to drink around

a hotel bar would be nice

no bar or anywhere to have a little to eat.

i'd also recommend visiting the bar next door called 'totem', its owners are lovely too
