wifi is dreadful. intermittent at best. still only one lift working - that's about 2 years now!

was trouble in the hotel because of the place being to busy and with loads of drunks around the bar and reception

had to buy an extra room for kids

beds were very uncomfortable and the noise was terrible kids running up and down the corridor all night

lovely stay before going on holiday great bar and restaurant

the spa was a nice addition to melt away some stress and just relax

i had a spa weekend stay and everything from start to finish will excellent best things about the hotel 1

we enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities on the day of check-out

room was situated a good bit away from the main building, down a few corridors and next to the spa

partner played a round of golf while i had a massage and used the spa the golf course is very run down more like

in with smiles from the staff, very welcoming and patient, answered all questions and even opened bar so we

quickly inform us on where things where or assisted us in each part of the hotel (reception, bar, spa, breakfast

enjoyed the whole experience, from the lovely room, to the spa , we could not fault anything

although they couldn't offer me an early check in and late check out, they kindly offered to keep my luggage

price on some of the food thought it was quite expensive and not being able to connect wifi to playstation and

location tv and wifi was good breakfast and bar food were good

spa a little bit outdated and sauna didn't work when i was staying in

the staff were very courteous and helpful. the pool and spa was lovely to

not really very welcoming to guests but different with spa

and clyde location, parking, character of room and building, history

we had an issue with the wifi, and whilst the property is essentially unmanned, this was sorted with a quick

wifi worked fine for us with correct code

inside the hotel was nicely decorated and felt at home with communal lounge/kitchen/dining area

wifi wasn't available, and streaming tv services were struggling a little (and there didn't appear

only issue is the spa could have been cleaner in changing room

i was staying in a family room with two kids which made this discovery all the worse

the spa was amazing the drinks were really nice and all staff very nice too

the spa although small is so relaxing and an extra special touch when having a night away

we did book for the spa but somehow the dates got mixed up!
