the staff were amazing and checking in late at night was absolutely no hassle, we were also kindly given a free

spend hours roaming around the hotel looking for hidden gems like the reading room and even the gym (not really

stay,staff were so friendly and welcoming ,hotel was just amazing as was breakfast,didn't goto spa or pool but

location is perfect, clean, friendly helpful staff, great spa - excellent price!

the spa is great and beds are very comfy loved booking the executive lounge and really enjoyed it would

it is an amazing hotel with a very nice staff, fabulous spa zone, fantastic atmosphere, amazing food

they weren't able to accommodate my request for an early check in, when i got back from wandering the bags were

great location, excellent room, wifi/tv superior to any other hotel and a free rubber duck!!

the sofa bed for kids kept sinking so kids got a bit scared

booked the wellness suite and managed to get the spa to ourselves for the hour

the spa was amazing the drinks were really nice and all staff very nice too

the spa although small is so relaxing and an extra special touch when having a night away

we were given a free late check out, friendly staff.

it was xmas day two families were there with there kids for xmas dinner but later that evening they spoiled

small room, wifi is slow, we stayed at the time of two wedding events which raised the noise levels at 2 am to

wifi wasn t brilliant.

went to get away from all this madness lovely never opened the door again till room service next morning which

i liked it all! but i wasn t sure where spa was because signs weren t very visible.

the pool sauna and spa was a bonus

the location, the staff and the spa and the beds were so comfortable

we used the spa twice during the stay and it was clean and good facilities

the spa was a nice addition to melt away some stress and just relax
