no daily cleaning service, outdoor areas could be swept on a daily basis. the gym had carpet

friends key cards didnt work, fortunately ours did, or they would have spent the night in the parking lot

the spa was closed but not totally unexpected given the time of year

lighting not good in either, too many stairs with odd configuration of rooms, poor planned parking, had to back

nice tennis, pickle ball and pool area

kitchen in our unit had adequate pans and utensils

i loved the location and beaches. the swimming pool and the town house.

the in-room spa tub was great. comfortable beds and pillows. very clean.

enough venilation in the room to accommodate the spa bathtub

above sink, microwave had food stuck to the inside and pool was too cold and spa was not working

microwave was dirty. spa had quite a layer of scum around it.

about the property- there was a large family group who took over the hot tub area for hours and pool so that

also, there was no reason to have the pool and spa closed

reserved a king room with a spa tub but was given a room with double beds and no spa tub instead

we paid extra for a room with a spa tub so it was very disappointing that those things didn't work correctly

we loved our king suite with the brick wall, fireplace, and high quality linens and bath products

didn t like that lobby/dining areas did not allow room charges or offer room service

the staff was very friendly and helpful, even found a couple of tylenol in the kitchen for us when we realized

are in a perfect spot to walk the charming streets of downtown langley and there was plenty of parking room

staff were very helpful, the fireplace in the room was cozy on a rainy day, the bed was comfy

the view! the location to shops! the breakfast! the front deck! the staff! all outstanding!

breakfast was tasty and home made.

could have been a bit more counter space in the kitchen and a clothes hook or 2 near the front door

additional and unlisted fees which are as follows: a $40 cleaning fee, $10 service charge, and pet fees of $25

well worth the upgrade to a spa bath room.
