spa tub had hot water for the first 4 inches but turned ice cold, the shower was in a inconvenient

enoyed the spa tub and the room was large and spacious, the view from our room was amazing

no morning coffee available and no room service

the spa was closed but not totally unexpected given the time of year

nice tennis, pickle ball and pool area

ample space in unit, and kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware

booked us at the pool

although kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, etc

plenty of available parking

we found that the kitchen was very haunted and the door opened and closed many times

lack of some necessary equipment in kitchenett

very friendly and the bar area was very nice, we did not eat there but the food looked good

historic, great parking.

it just stated some spa fcities were not open

also, there was no reason to have the pool and spa closed

& spa tub not working

reserved a king room with a spa tub but was given a room with double beds and no spa tub instead

we paid extra for a room with a spa tub so it was very disappointing that those things didn't work correctly

was perfect, great views, loved the spa bath

we had a spa tub room in the main building

the best part was the large spa tub

i could hear entire conversations in my room from the bar below

moaning on one side that kids asked about

it was cold and snowy out but the fireplace was running when we got there and it was so cozy

so steep and i'm on oxygen, there should have been an elevator, also i do believe i asked how the parking was,

the staff was very friendly and helpful, even found a couple of tylenol in the kitchen for us when we realized

the picture, i was sure we will stay in a water view but it was a parking lot view

the jets didn t work in the tub and the electric fireplace didn t work either.

i loved self check in and the bonus room for playing pool

kitchen has the basics but everything you need to make a basic meal

could have been a bit more counter space in the kitchen and a clothes hook or 2 near the front door

extra towels were available and a game room with board games, football, and pool table

the spa could be a couple of degrees hotter, but that's a personal preference

our room had such a soft bed and wonderful spa tub

spa whirlpool wasn't working maybe, but i didn't take the time to ask about it

well worth the upgrade to a spa bath room.

kitchen in cabin was small but able to prepare meals for four but not a lot of

above sink, microwave had food stuck to the inside and pool was too cold and spa was not working

microwave was dirty. spa had quite a layer of scum around it.

the property is set up beautifully with room for kids to play and outdoor spaces for adults to sit and enjoy

encounter from a guest when asked if i would give up the waffle i was cooking for one of my kids because her

i loved the price and the location is nice considering there are two casinos close by
