we had a spa appointment and found out when we arrived that they weren't working

perfect spot in penafiel with spa facilities

we didn t use the spa or the pool

to pay extra to use spa and had to buy/wear swimming cap and strange sock type things

the spa should open longer hours of service since they offer amazing treatments

very comfortable and clean. we used the spa and it was a nice break. the breakfast was great too

accessibility design overall, the spa is minimal (hardly 4p) and very expensive(28 pp for 45 min), the main

poo or spa facilities weren t clear. always seemed to be closed.

i gave facilities 3 out of 4 because the hotel has no bar - but in practice we wanted to eat out at the

hotel lobby areas very austere no welcoming bar only vending machines for snacks ,coffee etc.

especialy for the gym we booked this hotel
