the spa bath was not completely clean

the wifi did not work at all

good rooms which are quite recent in a nice area. the tapas bar down the road

bar downstairs was open late, so loud

spa and indoor pool were closed and this information wasn t in the booking

the spa should open longer hours of service since they offer amazing treatments

we didn t use the spa or the pool

also has spa facility but we did not use

to pay extra to use spa and had to buy/wear swimming cap and strange sock type things

spa bath in the bedroom, we found it to be very impersonal and would have preferred a nice walk in

great value for money, nicely decorated comfortable room with good wifi.

for pet owners the close proximity of the duero river to exercise their pet is a tangible benefit

poo or spa facilities weren t clear. always seemed to be closed.

opening times for the spa and the gym are subjected to the opening times of the restaurant

spa was not the best and our first breakfast was not the best

very comfortable and clean. we used the spa and it was a nice break. the breakfast was great too
