no pool, and just a few rooms have a spa which is advertised on the photos

clean and quiet. nice lobby area. it had a nice gym/ spa and had a restaurant on the site.

the decor is fusty and there's a huge plastic spa bathtub that takes up lots of space but isn't very practical

room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so soft & comfortable

the swimming pool was very murky, and the spa is closed for renovation; i feel like this should be listed

chosen to include breakfast, imagining a typical setup with cheap food, but oh my god, this place made a restaurant

the staff was excellent,friendly & helpful. i was upgraded to a spa suite which was beautiful.

the power went out one day and the wifi was off for awhile and i use it to connect with my clients that i do

three things i needed in a hotel (airport shuttle, wifi, breakfast) were completely unsatisfactory

this property location is quite good. good value for money especially breakfast included.

clean room, bidet, nice view, center of city (monterey park), comfortable bed, and dim sum like breakfast

covered parking and furnishings nice in a large room. green tea set up with pot.

and other belongings outside and were filthy, there were children s toys in the middle of the parking lot and

great access to parking, attentive front desk, new and clean rooms.

good parking. it was quiet with no loud guests. the rooms were updated and clean

lot of time to kill but after i checked in i was told there is no tv, the cable is down (but the wifi wasn't)

there was a big tv in the room but it wasn't connected to anything so it was useless and with no wifi we couldn

bath soap would be one thing i would recommend giving out in this room, especially cause of the spa tub

towels were dirty, the spa tub wasn t washed and it had hair in it
