have never been to a hotel that literally smells and sounds like i m at a fancy spa resulting in an instant

do wish the spa tub room had a separate shower

needed somewhere to stay last min and we got a king size bed with a spa for a really cheap price

when i went to the kitchen door to ask for a clean wine glass, she was at her computer

there was a big tv in the room but it wasn't connected to anything so it was useless and with no wifi we couldn

parking was duable and plenty but now i know why.

lot of time to kill but after i checked in i was told there is no tv, the cable is down (but the wifi wasn't)

and other belongings outside and were filthy, there were children s toys in the middle of the parking lot and

that the spa tub didnt work

went to this hotel for the pool and spa and it was in disrepair

and spa were discussing, water was super dirty

close to where i needed, staff great, bar open til 9:45.

drain had a stopper and i didn't let the water go through, the sink need fixing, was upset the gym was not open

has sparkling pool and spa and spectacular lobby

clean and quiet. nice lobby area. it had a nice gym/ spa and had a restaurant on the site.

the customer service of the staff, the hotel bar was excellent and location.

the only let down was having to pay $12 per day for wifi when it should be part of the stay cost

no children channels on tv for kids.

the decor is fusty and there's a huge plastic spa bathtub that takes up lots of space but isn't very practical

room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so soft & comfortable

room and bathroom did not have enough lighting. pool and spa closed early.

the swimming pool was very murky, and the spa is closed for renovation; i feel like this should be listed
