the spa facilities and the breakfast was lovely

we would have liked more time to use the spa facilities as we didn't get the chance.

the big problem we encountered was not being able to get to the roof top bar ,you hat to pre-book this which is

wifi during the week is terrible, better on weekends and it's not password protected

loved the pool and heath spa facilities and room service was excellent and

parking was great very secure as i had race bikes in my van , checked in straight away and just

accommodating, the location is great very private with its own private drive and a nice large parking area

baloons and things in the room it was so special thank you the hotel is amazing and the pool and spa was great

used to get spa with the hotel had to pay 5 pound per room other hotels don t charge..

upon arrival was very friendly, facilities were excellent, staff member young guy on reception in spa /pool didn

everything spotlessly clean, not rushed out of your room, spa was lovely, would have loved to have extra time

stayed in a superior king room, which had a sitting room, terrace and a jacuzzi spa bath
