i noticed the pool was very clean being it's off season

we have a pool and gym in the hotel

the gym , pool , food in the mornings & good services

yall need to get the gym equipment repaired

in the double room the kids liked their room

pool was closed and gym when i was informed it would be open and also they was charging to park

had a gym with various options to get a decent workout in

no microwave or fridge in room, but the room service food was excellent

the concessions were closed and the bar tender went above and beyond to help me out

the restuarant bar area was amazing staff thier was polite and friendly and we will definitely be staying

beautiful guest house in a great location with free parking & very easy access to french quarter etc via

parking at night was a bit difficult but why we used the city trolley on the corner for our

ever - fresh made everyday: egg souffle, muffins, waffles, fresh fruits very accommodating host parking nearby

the property was beautiful, the room clean, bed soft and comfortable, wifi connected without a problem

only thing would be that parking might be a little congested if this house is at full capacity

supposed to be working the front desk was at the mexican restaurant down the street sitting at bar drinking

reception and shuttle bus drivera very friendly and helpful

had to wait 2 hours for shuttle, no hot waterz

every where, water not hot, toilet barely flushed, bed too firm, roaches, hallways smell bad, carpet damp

liked that there was a shuttle to the airport, the breakfast was fresh, the breakfast area was clean, the room

room, comfy bed and pillows, the spa tub & bathroom are fantastic and the property is gorgeous

parking is easy

the wifi was dreadful on the 3rd floor

the wifi connection was not very strong and was not able to work on my computer.

free street parking and uber knew where to find us

food was really good at both the restaurants and spa was amazing!!

i found everything satisfactory. spa is a bit overpriced.

they did allow us to get ready in the spa and hold our bags and gave us free drinks

gym was super convenient

nothing except for the bar closing it should be open ever evening to cater to guest

chose to stay in a hotel over an airbnb because we required a gym

don t think the gym was cleaned in over a month

location was great for activities, the trolley, food and casino

the staff were so friendly not only to us but to our pet

wifi also was an issue during our stay

no wifi

and it is pet friendly - another huge plus

the wifi didn't work in our particular room

the spa wasn t opened understandable because of covid

and the spa was amazing

spa had some nice facilities it was a shame there aren t any communal areas where me and my

the bar was awesome and the spa was amazing

no pool, courtyard, spa treatment - all of those things not available

and my 28 year old daughter and i loved being able to have a spa day at the ritz-carlton without having to go

it was clean had a spa fitness center

kids were a little bummed

room service was very very efficient and friendly

room service and cleaning was spotless, new fresh towels
