they have snacks and a mini bar for you to purchase from in room but they are quite pricey; you re better

that i found out that they do have a pool and fitness center

of the city, to self park if preferred, travel using train lines within walking distance, indoor pool is located

they let us have a late check out and that was super appreciated after our long trip as we got to sleep in

coffee maker in our room was on the fritz, but not a problem since there was a free coffee bar in the lobby

adult daughter and i got away for a 'staycation' to take advantage of the spa and it was absolutely wonderful

bottle of water in the room upon arrival no room service no fitness (will re-open next year) bad wifi

no spa or pool or lounge for 400$+ a night

if you are sporty there is a small gym here and it is well enough equipped to get a proper workout done to keep

can’t forget the breakfast in the morning is my favorite

wifi is terrible! there's no internet even though we have connected to the guest wifi!

they literally put us in a smaller room, difference being a larger bathtub not by much with spa jets

children (would have liked a pool if i had brought my kiddos) but perfect for a couple or older kids

maybe the wifi could've been better; faster and more stable.

i guess room 208 is right above the kitchen - don't ever agree to take it

incredibly bad wifi. not suitable for work.

i wish they had souna or spa facilities to complete the experience...

restaurant is expensive, not an hotel for travellers with young kids

only complaint was that we ordered room service, i received a waffle, and it was room temperature

i did ask for a quiet room so i'm ok with that but i was right next to the gym so that door opened and closed

no spa or hair saloon gift shop is limited restaurant food taste is below average

pool was nice, wish it had a hot tub but that's the only thing missing everything else was great

love the bed very cozy the hotel bar was beautiful
